Accounting and Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Operations Leader to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, accounting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and participate in national and international accounting projects
  • Collaborate with Tax and Legal departments to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Develop and implement financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assess and evaluate GAAP to GAAP differences and drive improvements in accounting processes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of US-GAAP or IFRS and local GAAP
  • Several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a Big Four firm or multinational organization
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
