About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ARCH. Influencer Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients within the games and apps sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in the influencer marketing space.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Attend industry events to network and stay updated on the latest trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client proposals and deliver presentations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in influencer marketing, with a focus on games and apps clients.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and the gaming and apps industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
