**Job Summary:**

Casco Schoeller GmbH and Casco Holdings GmbH, part of an international American conglomerate, are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to support their sales team in Frankfurt am Main. As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain key relationships with the company's most important clients in the automotive supply industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the current commercial business and develop new business opportunities in automotive electronics.
  • Understand customer needs, provide strategic solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Drive growth and revenue for the company while building valuable connections in the industry.
  • Lead and coordinate customer interface, including meetings, presentations, and internet communication.
  • Manage pricing and margins, track and manage product and tooling purchase orders, and provide on-time quotations and required customer documentation.
  • Communicate customer requests internally to ensure timely response and support other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow the Casco sales process to ensure compliance with IATF and other quality process requirements.
  • Develop new business opportunities and drive new business generation to achieve sales growth objectives.
  • Monitor competitors and communicate information to the team.
  • Obtain and communicate advanced information on customer technical needs and identify future products and technology needs for the automotive market.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated success in opening new business for the automotive market and managing profitable automotive accounts.
  • Experience with European OEMs in the light vehicle and heavy vehicle industry, with German or French OEMs as an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, team player, and communication skills, with strong analytical, reasoning, and self-organization skills.
  • Tenure in automotive processes, requirements, and methodologies, with commercial aptitude and technical/engineering aptitude.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in a technical major as an asset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and proficiency in German, English, and French as an asset.
  • Willingness to travel.
