About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Administrator Charge Points. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our charge points, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain charge points, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve charge point operations and customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in SAP and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Technical knowledge in electrical engineering or related field
