Business Development Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Business Development, Sales, and Project Management teams in the Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) region. As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us drive growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and organization of industry-specific events and demand activities, working closely with our experienced Industry Advisors.
  • Contribute to the creation of industry-specific documents and presentations based on market information and research.
  • Assist with Social Media activities, including writing posts and editing videos, and provide creative ideas to increase visibility.
  • Prepare customer workshops and have the opportunity to present topics on your own.
  • Coordinate activities between different SAP organization units, such as Sales, Customer Advisory, and Marketing.
  • Develop and maintain internal communication platforms, such as Sharepoint or MS Teams.

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Ideally studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Business Computing.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, with experience with video editing desirable.
  • Interest and experience with Social Media desired.
  • Great communication skills and ability to transfer complex information into an easy-to-understand storyline.
  • Soft Skills: self-driven, proactive, team player, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, as you will work with an international team in various countries.
  • Fluent in German preferred, as you will work with many German counterparts.
