We are a company that specializes in the entire process and machine technology for the new construction, reconstruction, and optimization of water management plants. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in a permanent position at our Dresden location.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Preparation of project-related documents
  • Communication and coordination with internal and external partners, involving the departments concerned
  • Participation in internal and external project meetings
  • Preparation and documentation of acceptances together with customers, subcontractors, and authorities
  • Preparation of as-built and TÜV documentation
  • Suggesting and selecting suppliers
  • Negotiating and awarding contracts to subcontractors in coordination with the purchasing department
  • Preparing and checking orders and deliveries, including documentation
  • Creating and entering measurements for construction projects, including measurement sketches in the ERP system

**Requirements**

  • Completed (technical) university degree in the technical field or comparable professional experience as a technician
  • Professional experience in technical project management is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of construction and mechanical engineering
  • Confident handling of MS Office and familiar with ERP and document management systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • Efficient, independent, and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, and flexibility
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Awareness of quality and costs
  • Class B driving license
  • Will to travel for business trips within Germany (approx. 20%)
