Internship in Consumer/Category Marketing (6 months)

In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing marketing strategies and product launches in the German market. You will consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyzing market data to derive strategic insights. Budget management will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing team with ongoing projects and daily operations to enhance the Barilla and/or Wasa brands strategically.
  • Take ownership of specific tasks within projects, including internet design, social media management, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with regional marketing teams.
  • Track consumer trends to identify new product development opportunities.
  • Actively engage in the launch of new products and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret market data to evaluate category performance strategically.
  • Develop presentations that blend creative and analytical approaches.

Your Profile:

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing, and seeking an internship during your gap year or while pursuing a Master's degree.
  • Initial experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
