Internship in Consumer/Category Marketing (6 months)
In this position, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and product launches within the German market. You will consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyzing market data to derive strategic insights. Budget oversight will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team with ongoing projects and daily operations to enhance the Barilla and/or Wasa brands strategically. Take ownership of specific tasks within projects, including digital design, social media management, and competitive analysis. Collaborate and coordinate with regional marketing teams. Track consumer trends to identify opportunities for new product development. Actively engage in the launch of new products and promotional campaigns. Analyze and interpret market data to evaluate category performance strategically. Prepare presentations that blend creative and analytical perspectives.Your Profile:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Marketing, and seeking an internship during your gap year or while pursuing a Master's degree. Initial experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Natural inclination towards strategic and innovative thinking, coupled with a goal-oriented work ethic. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in both German and English.Our Offer:
