Internship in Consumer/Category Marketing (6 months)
In this position, you will facilitate the execution of marketing strategies and product launches in the German market. You will consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyzing market data to derive strategic insights. Budget oversight will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team with ongoing projects and daily operations to enhance the Barilla and/or Wasa brands strategically.
- Take ownership of specific tasks within projects, including internet design, social media management, and competitions.
- Collaborate and coordinate with regional marketing teams.
- Track consumer trends to identify new concepts for product innovation.
- Actively engage in the launch of new products and promotional activities.
- Analyze and interpret market data to assess category performance strategically.
- Develop presentations that blend creative and analytical perspectives.
Your Profile:
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing, and seeking an internship during your gap year or while pursuing a Master's degree.
- Initial practical experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
- Natural inclination for strategic and innovative thinking, coupled with a goal-oriented work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
