Internship in Consumer/Category Marketing (6 months)
In this role, you will facilitate the execution of marketing strategies and product launches within the German market. You will consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyzing market data to derive strategic insights. Budget oversight will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team with ongoing projects and daily operations to strategically enhance the Barilla and/or Wasa brands. Take ownership of specific tasks within projects, including internet design, social media management, and competitions. Collaborate and coordinate with regional marketing teams. Monitor consumer trends to identify new opportunities for product development. Actively engage in the launch of new products and promotional campaigns. Analyze and interpret market data to evaluate category performance strategically. Develop presentations that blend creative and analytical perspectives.Your Profile:
Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing, and seeking an internship during your gap year or while pursuing a Master's degree. Initial practical experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Strategic and innovative thinking, coupled with a goal-oriented work ethic. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in both German and English.Our Offer:
