- In der Rolle des Business Development Managers (m/w/d) im Bereich Automotive sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Projektgeschäfts und der Kundenbasis, orientiert an unserer Unternehmensstrategie und den Kernbereichen der Automobilindustrie.
- Sie vertreten die RLE INTERNATIONAL Group als innovativen Full-Service-Anbieter mit einem besonderen Fokus auf den Automotive-Sektor gegenüber bestehenden und potenziellen Neukunden und vermarkten unser umfangreiches Themenportfolio nachhaltig und profitabel.
- Sie sind zuständig für die Erweiterung unseres Bestandsgeschäfts bei namhaften Kunden der Automobil- und Zulieferindustrie.
- Als aktiver Gestalter und Entwickler unseres Geschäfts steuern Sie gezielt aktuelle Markt- und Kundenimpulse in unsere technischen und geschäftlichen Einheiten ein.
- Zusätzlich zu regelmäßigen Interaktionen mit Ihrem zugewiesenen Kunden- und Projektstamm fördern Sie weitere Vertriebsaktivitäten durch Workshops und Verkaufsveranstaltungen und pflegen einen engen, vertrauensvollen Kontakt zu den Kunden Ihres Portfolios.
- In enger Kooperation mit den technischen Einheiten sind Sie verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Nachbereitung von Angeboten und schließen diese sowohl im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit als auch gewinnbringend für die RLE ab.
Ihr Profil
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb und/oder in der Geschäftsentwicklung mit und haben internationale Groß- und Mittelstandsunternehmen der OEM-, New OEM- und Zuliefererbranche im Automotivesegment betreut.
- Als kommunikative und professionelle Persönlichkeit verfügen Sie über ein bewährtes und langjähriges Netzwerk in der Automobilbranche und werden von Ihrem Kundenkreis als vertrauenswürdiger und zuverlässiger Partner geschätzt.
- Sie sehen sich nicht als Verwalter eines bestehenden Portfolios, sondern als aktiver Treiber, der gemeinsam mit unseren technischen Einheiten unser Portfolio aktiv erweitert, neue Trends und Entwicklungen im Markt frühzeitig erkennt und diese in unser operatives Geschäft integriert.
- Sie besitzen fundierte technische Kenntnisse in der Automobilentwicklung und sind in der Lage, sich in komplexe Kundenanforderungen und Ausschreibungen einzuarbeiten.
- Ein professionelles Auftreten, Integrität und Loyalität sind für Sie selbstverständlich, wodurch es Ihnen leicht fällt, sowohl intern als auch extern ein stabiles und kompetentes Netzwerk aus Ansprechpartnern aufzubauen.
- Sie bringen fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
