Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student in the Office of the CTO, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting with the coordination of tasks within the CTO Office team.
- Facilitating the establishment of project teams and actively participating in projects in collaboration with various business units.
- Managing internal and potentially external communications.
- Engaging with internal task forces to gather updates on key initiatives and provide constructive feedback.
- Supporting alignment on strategic matters of the CTO Office with other business units and offices.
- Coordinating internal requests and ensuring efficient expert involvement.
- Providing ad-hoc support as required by the team.
Your Profile
You are currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools.
- A background in IT is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc., is preferred.
- Able to thrive in an agile and fast-paced work environment.
- Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and organizing tasks effectively.
- Possess a hands-on approach and the ability to simplify complex issues from conception to delivery.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

About Your Team
The Board Area Technology & Innovation (T&I) is at the forefront of developing SAP's platform. T&I's flagship initiative is the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), which serves as the backbone of the intelligent, sustainable enterprise. SAP BTP integrates capabilities across application development, automation, integration, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) into a cohesive and interoperable platform.
The Office of the CTO plays a crucial role in facilitating the CTO's responsibilities by optimizing time, information flow, and decision-making within T&I and in collaboration with other board areas. The team supports the CTO's daily operations, governance, and relationship-building activities with key internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing for meetings with customers, partners, or analysts, as well as managing organizational tasks related to the CTO.
