About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support the CTO Office in our Board Area Technology & Innovation at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the day-to-day business of the CTO and supporting the governance and relationship building activities across internal and external key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tasks and projects for the CTO Office team
  • Support the setup of project teams and participate in projects working closely with other offices and business units
  • Manage internal and external correspondence
  • Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and provide feedback
  • Support alignment on strategic topics of the CTO Office with other business units, offices, and beyond
  • Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Studying in fields such as Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
  • Background in IT is beneficial
  • Preferably some experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc.
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
  • Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken
