About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to support the CTO Office in our Board Area Technology & Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, setting up project teams, and participating in projects that drive innovation and growth within SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks and projects with the CTO Office team
- Support the setup of project teams and participate in projects
- Manage internal and external correspondence
- Engage with internal taskforces to collect updates on key initiatives
- Support alignment on strategic topics with other business units and offices
- Coordinate internal requests and support with expert involvement
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
- Studying in fields such as Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, or Management
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Background in IT is beneficial
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc. is a plus
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
- Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
