Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie repräsentieren TimePartner und unsere Unternehmensgruppe nach außen
  • Sie pflegen exzellente Beziehungen zu Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Sie akquirieren neue Kunden und betreuen diese umfassend vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Sie führen kompetente Beratungsgespräche zu Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Personalvermittlung, um den individuellen Bedarf Ihrer Kunden zu ermitteln
  • Sie planen und führen eigenverantwortlich Vertriebsaktivitäten durch, um Akquiseziele zu erreichen und den Umsatz zu steigern
  • Sie entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Lösungen im Bereich der Personaldienstleistung und präsentieren diese überzeugend
  • Sie stellen eine erfolgreiche Kommunikation zwischen Ihren Stakeholdern sicher
  • Sie repräsentieren unsere HR-Dienstleistungen auf Karrieremessen und relevanten Events
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau oder ein Studium im sozial-, wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder gewerblich-technischen Bereich (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Fundierte Vertriebserfahrungen und nachweisbare Erfolge
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche, -Beratung oder -Vermittlung ist von Vorteil
  • Wachstums- und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
