About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our Clinical Operational Consulting department, you will play a critical role in helping our customers in German-speaking countries achieve their goals in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our German consulting practice in its objective to become one of the largest healthcare consulting organizations in the world.
  • Take the lead in projects within healthcare facilities, working closely with project teams to develop efficiency-focused solutions for processes and support their implementation.
  • Drive forward the acquisition of projects and our Consulting unit's systematic marketing activities, preparing offers for customers and leading the development of white papers.
  • Identify and exploit opportunities to expand projects, ensuring continuous communication with customers on an equal footing to guarantee the success of our work.
  • Have a strong interest in clinical processes and their further development in practice.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in medicine, ideally with additional qualifications in economics (e.g. MBA) and/or another advanced degree (e.g. PhD, M.D.).
  • Many years of project experience in the field of healthcare, with additional consulting experience being an advantage.
  • In-depth expertise in the clinical environment and relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare facility.
  • Experience in applying customary technologies and digital solutions in the provision of healthcare.
  • Familiarity with clinical pathways, process analyses and optimizations, LEAN approaches, process mining and design thinking, and extensive application of these approaches to optimize patient care.

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with excellent command of German and very good English skills, enabling seamless communication with different stakeholders in both national and international environments.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in project teams and motivate others, helping healthcare providers in Germany (as the core focus) and around the world to be successful in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills allowing effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Keen to travel to carry out project business and sales activities at customer locations.
  • Professional, customer-focused manner and conduct as a consultant.
