Position Overview
This role offers a fixed-term (6 year) tenure-track professorship with the potential for advancement to a permanent position. The selected candidate will be integrated into a dynamic academic environment focused on research and education.

Research and Teaching Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be part of the Department of Engineering Physics and Computation, contributing to both research and teaching. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting innovative research in Experimental Fluid Dynamics, particularly in areas such as:
- Complex physical flows
- Flows involving shocks and interfaces
- Flow control and optimization in various sectors including energy, automotive engineering, and manufacturing
- Complex flow applications in medicine and life sciences
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in fluid mechanics and enhancing the curriculum.


Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Proven scientific accomplishments and the ability to conduct independent research at an international level.
- A relevant university degree along with an exceptional doctoral degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong pedagogical skills and substantial research experience gained internationally.
