As the Head of Organic Acquisition at Consultport, you will spearhead our organic growth initiatives by continuously enhancing our strategic content development, SEO (both on-page and off-page), and promoting it across various social media platforms, blogs, podcasts, and webinars. Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will encompass:
- Strategic Development: Formulate our overarching SEO and content marketing strategy, emphasizing both on-page and off-page techniques.
- Execution: Lead the implementation of our SEO and organic growth initiatives to enhance search rankings and boost organic visibility through comprehensive optimization.
- Website Optimization: Refine all web-related elements, including improving user experience, increasing conversions, planning content, and executing our SEO strategy, along with optimizing landing pages and acquisition-oriented content.
- Analytical Research: Conduct keyword analysis, evaluate competitor strategies, and pinpoint opportunities for content enhancement.
- Experimental Testing: Implement A/B testing for conversion rate improvements and explore methods to scale acquisition.
- Creative Oversight: Supervise the creation of copy and design, ensuring high quality and alignment with the Consultport brand voice and standards while driving acquisition growth.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide our designers, content creators, and copywriters to improve content quality, performance, and user engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze growth and performance metrics of content and web initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for user growth optimization.

- 3+ years of experience in organic growth marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and email marketing.
- A keen eye for high-quality content that attracts and converts users.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within the B2B service sector.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
- A strong interest in the global consulting industry and emerging work trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
