Position Overview: In the role of a Trainee within the Strategic Account Management team, you will provide essential services to clients in Operations, Sales, and various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in both verbal and written communication with international teams, national clients, and internal interfaces.
  • Coordinate various client inquiries effectively.
  • Update client information and facilitate electronic billing setups.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team and discuss client-related topics.
  • Contribute to both client and internal projects.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your secondary education or are a student/graduated in Business Administration or a related field, with the ability to commit for 6-12 months.
  • Proficient written communication skills in both German and English are required.
  • You demonstrate a high level of commitment, service orientation, and flexibility, along with a quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Independent working style and excellent knowledge of standard office software are essential.
