Director Product Engineering

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und motivierten Director Product Engineering für unseren Bereich Quality Management & Product Engineering am Standort Köln.

Als Director Product Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung und Entwicklung der technischen und operativen Teams. Du wirst eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit und Höchstleistung im Team fördern und sicherstellen, dass die Übergabe pünktlich und korrekt erfolgt.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Leite, betreue und entwickle die technischen und operativen Teams, damit sie ihre Aufgaben effizient und effektiv ausführen können.
  • Arbeite eng mit dem Head of PD/INOP zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Übergabe pünktlich und korrekt erfolgt.
  • Koordiniere mit den Managern aus Konstruktion, Technik und Betrieb, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktbereitstellung sowohl aus technischer als auch aus planerischer Sicht ordnungsgemäß erfolgt.
  • Erstelle regelmäßige und detaillierte Berichte für die VPs und den CPO über den Entwicklungs- und Engineering-Status.
  • Pflege Beziehungen zu externen Partnern, insbesondere Werkzeugmachern, und überwache Preisverhandlungen, Werkzeugentwicklung und -lieferungen.
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Fertigung oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 12 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Ingenieurwesen, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in einer Führungsposition.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Schuhherstellung und ein tiefes Verständnis für alle Konstruktionstypen.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in 2D/3D-Gradiersystemen, Leisten und der Leistenherstellung.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Projektmanagement und Berichtstools.
