Director Product Development

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Director Product Development, der unsere Produktentwicklungslösungen weiterentwickelt und unsere Kernwerte von Funktionalität, Qualität und Tradition umsetzt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Führen und orchestrieren Sie ein Entwicklungsteam von technischen Entwicklern, die darauf bedacht sind, Produktentwicklungslösungen zu finden, die mit unseren Kernwerten übereinstimmen.
  • Leiten, managen und überwachen Sie Projekte von der Prototypenerstellung über die 3D-Konstruktion, Formenbau, Vorproduktion bis hin zur serienreifen Produktion.
  • Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Team effektive technische Unterlagen für Projekte erstellt und die technische Machbarkeit von Inline-Produkten innerhalb unseres saisonalen Entwicklungszeitplans gewährleistet.
  • Überwachen Sie Zeitpläne und technische Umsetzungen streng und stellen Sie sicher, dass rechtzeitig und ordnungsgemäß an die Produktentwicklung (Industrialisierung) übergeben werden.
  • Arbeiten Sie zusammen mit dem Director of Product Line Management und dem Director Design, um saisonale KPIs und Prozesse zu managen und Produkte zu schaffen, die kontinuierlich optimiert und angepasst werden.
  • Seien Sie tief in den Formenbauprozess (Prototypenphase) eingebunden und steuern Sie interne sowie externe Partner und Ingenieure im Werkzeugbau, während Sie ständig bestrebt sind, die Prototypenprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Bringen Sie fundiertes und nachgewiesenes Wissen in der Entwicklung von Schuhprojekten über verschiedene Konstruktionsarten und Sohlen-Technologien (Formenbau, einschließlich PU-Direkteinspritzung und expandiertem EVA) mit.
  • Verfügen Sie über umfassendes Wissen zu etablierten technischen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Technologien und Prozessen, ergänzt durch Grundkenntnisse in Biomechanik und Schuhfunktionen.
Voraussetzungen:
  • Viele Jahre Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen technischen produktbezogenen Positionen in der Schuh- oder Sportartikelindustrie, die Formenbau, Produktionstechnologien und Materialien umfassten.
  • Expertise im Projektmanagement und in Prozessen, Produktentwicklung, Management von diversen Teams an verschiedenen Standorten.
  • Hervorragender Kommunikator mit herausragenden Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen in effektive Kommunikationsunterlagen zu übersetzen.
  • Strategischer Denker, pragmatischer Macher, sicher in der Entscheidungsfindung und Umsetzung.
  • Fließend in Englisch und/oder Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
