Join the HRS Group as a Director of Product Management

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the product strategy and development of our HRS Business Travel Club E-Commerce unit. As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for building and owning our product organization, leading product teams, and driving the discovery phase of new features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the discovery phase of product development, identifying customer needs and creating problem spaces for product managers to explore.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy, overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure product development initiatives are closely integrated with overall business strategies.
  • Develop and lead a team of product managers, supporting them as a mentor and empowering them to grow together.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for conversion rate optimization activities and establish a framework for ongoing monitoring and communication of progress and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Senior/Manager level of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing product teams.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product management teams, with a history of delivering user-centric solutions that drive significant business growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and experience with event-driven, microservices architecture.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, including the ability to develop product roadmaps, allocate resources effectively, and use data-driven decision-making to steer product direction.
  • Passion for improving user experience and proven ability to conduct customer interviews, define problem spaces, and focus on delivering customer value.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving innovation.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
