About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supplier Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and Executing Audit Processes: Preparation, execution, and follow-up of audits to ensure supplier compliance and quality
  • Harmonizing and Improving Supplier Development Processes: Collaborating with global category managers to identify critical, strategic, and high-potential suppliers and improving their capabilities and competitiveness
  • Supporting Internal Organization: Assisting in supplier and material approval processes to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Education and Experience: Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable qualifications, with several years of experience in supplier development, preferably in the transformer industry
  • ISO Auditor Certification: Ideally certified in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 Environmental, and 45001 Safety
  • Strong Analytical and Project Management Skills: Ability to analyze data, manage projects, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Teamwork Skills: Business fluency in English and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to Travel: Up to 30% travel required for business purposes
