Position Overview
The Global Supplier Development Leader will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive global audit framework, encompassing all stages from preparation through execution and subsequent follow-up across various categories, including components and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the global audit process, ensuring effective execution and thorough follow-up.
- Drive the standardization and enhancement of internal supplier development methodologies, protocols, and performance indicators, as well as material specifications across all international sites.
- Collaborate closely with global category managers to pinpoint critical, strategic, and high-potential suppliers.
- Elevate supplier capabilities and competitiveness in terms of cost efficiency, quality assurance, lead times, and technological advancements.
- Assist the internal teams in the processes of supplier and material approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management, or equivalent qualifications.
- Extensive experience in supplier development, ideally within the transformer or electronics sectors.
- Certification as an ISO auditor, preferably in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 Environmental, and 45001 Safety standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time.
