Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional to assume the role of a Quality Data Analyst within our Quality team. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity, advancement, and ongoing enhancement of our quality metrics, reporting frameworks, and data analysis processes. The ideal candidate will be tasked with generating global KPI reports, fostering data-driven decision-making, and facilitating the rollout and training of KPIs and metrics throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the local authority on all quality-related KPIs, ensuring compliance with global standards and collaborating closely with pertinent stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed KPI reports and perform thorough data analysis to uncover trends and identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop, sustain, and continuously refine quality-related data structures and reporting systems to boost efficiency and precision.
- Lead the implementation and training of KPIs and metrics across various teams, ensuring all relevant personnel are proficient in utilizing these tools effectively.
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders to align KPIs with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and optimization of KPIs and dashboards, particularly utilizing Power BI, to deliver real-time insights and support informed decision-making.
- Possess several years of experience in data analysis and report generation, with proficiency in SAP, Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of data management, with the capability to conduct detailed data analysis and statistical evaluations.
- Exhibit excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain a proactive approach to the continuous improvement of processes, KPIs, and reporting structures.
