Quality Metrics Analyst

Position Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Quality Data Analyst to serve as the local authority on quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This crucial role is centered on ensuring the precision, advancement, and ongoing enhancement of our quality metrics, reporting frameworks, and data evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary resource for all quality-related KPIs, ensuring compliance with global standards while collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed KPI reports and perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously refine quality data structures and reporting systems to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate the implementation and training of KPIs and metrics across various teams, ensuring effective utilization of these tools.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to align KPIs with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Support the creation and optimization of KPIs and dashboards, particularly utilizing Power BI, to deliver real-time insights for informed decision-making.
- Possess several years of experience in data analysis and report generation, with proficiency in SAP, Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of data management, alongside the capability to conduct detailed data analysis and statistical evaluations.
- Exhibit excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain a proactive approach to continuously enhance processes, KPIs, and reporting structures.
