Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional to take on the role of a Quality Data Analyst within our Quality team. This position is crucial for ensuring the precision, development, and ongoing enhancement of our quality metrics, reporting frameworks, and data analysis processes. The ideal candidate will be tasked with generating global KPI reports, fostering data-driven decision-making, and facilitating the rollout and training of KPIs and metrics throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the local authority on all quality-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with global standards and collaborating closely with pertinent stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed KPI reports and perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously refine quality-related data structures and reporting systems to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the implementation and training of KPIs and metrics across teams, ensuring that all relevant personnel are well-equipped to utilize these tools effectively.
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders to align KPIs with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and optimization of KPIs and dashboards, particularly using Power BI, to deliver real-time insights and enable informed decision-making.
- Possess several years of experience in data analysis and report generation, with proficiency in SAP, Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of data management, along with the capability to conduct detailed data analysis and statistical evaluations.
- Exhibit excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Adopt a proactive approach to continuously enhance processes, KPIs, and reporting structures.
