About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the customer service team in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Receive and process customer feedback and complaints
  • Forward complex issues to the relevant departments
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Support the organization and execution of customer events
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years (or 16 years with parental consent)
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
  • Reliability and teamwork
  • Good knowledge of common office applications
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset, but not a requirement
