Your role

As a Student Assistant in Customer Success Management, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service and Support team.

In this position, you will:

  • Support the Regional Director of Customer Success in daily operations
  • Assist the Global Customer Success Team in developing long-term strategies to enhance customer impact and processes
  • Manage your own projects to support the regional team
  • Prepare and analyze reports on team metrics using CRM software
  • Contribute to customer success initiatives, such as workshops and guidelines to improve customer experiences

Your qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the first semester of a master's program
  • Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Innovation, Digital Business, and Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Possess strong soft skills: initiative, teamwork, organization, creativity, curiosity, perseverance, and a passion for meaningful projects
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in post-sales, along with project management skills
