Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Strategisten (w/m/d) für unsere Global Team Blue Germany in Düsseldorf. Als Teil unseres Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von zielgruppenspezifischen Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien für Ford Deutschland.

Aufgaben
  • Strategische Beratung im Bereich Aftersales FCSD Europa sowie im Bereich der Produkteinführungen und Kampagnen von Ford Deutschland
  • Unterstützung der verschiedenen Agentur Units (Account, Social, CRM, Kreation) bei der Erstellung von "aktivierenden" Marketing Maßnahmen
  • Internationaler Austausch mit dem Planning Department in der europäischen GTB Zentrale in London
  • Reporting und Bewertung von Kampagnen, insbesondere im Bereich Social Media & Digital
  • Aufsetzen von Adobe Analytics Workspaces für Perfomance Analysen (Kampagnen, Objectives, ad-hoc Analysen)
  • Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung von Trainees und/oder Junior Planner*in
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Strategie
  • Eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kommunikationsplanung, Social Media und Online Marketing
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse diverser Planning- und Marktforschungs-Tools
  • Idealerweise Agentur- und Automobil-Etat Erfahrungen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Anleitung von Praktikannt*innen, Trainees oder Junior Strategist wünschenswert
