Process Analyst Sales Business Requirements Specialist

As a Process Analyst Sales Business Requirements, you will play a crucial role in collecting and translating business requirements into functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. Your responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities- Collecting and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Supporting process owners in building and updating the functional roadmap
- Identifying potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to improve organizational efficiency
- Describing improvement ideas in project charters and change requests
- Leading and managing workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities for SAP S/4 HANA
- Leading change management activities, including documentation, training, and roll-out
- Participating in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study
- Profound professional experience in operational units/processes organizations in a comparable environment with focus on Sales
- Deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes
- Deep and hands-on experience in project management and successful Change Management
- Very good knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, BW, etc.)
- Deep experience in LEAN and the LEAN methods, Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Knowledge in Sales processes, Marketing processes, and/or in Order Processing/Customer Service processes is a plus
- Fluent English and German skills
