Project and Business Operations Support for SAP Data Space

About the Role
This internship position offers a unique opportunity to support the SAP Data Space in Berlin, a key area of focus for the company. As an intern, you will be working closely with the project team to provide operational support and contribute to the success of the Data Space.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the project team with general project structures, including preparing workshops, providing status reports, creating templates, and monitoring task fulfillment.
- Assist with the design, rollout, and implementation of new processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key internal stakeholders and customers.
- Develop and present PowerPoint presentations to communicate innovation topics to top management.
- Monitor and manage various items, including purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
- Manage calendars, emails, and correspondences, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
We are looking for a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences who is eager to take initiative, persevere, and stay curious. You should be passionate about working on meaningful innovative projects and be energized by lifelong learning.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Operations Management, Management, Event Management, Project Management, or similar.
- Computer skills: MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams), CRM, VMS.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, project management tools, or any kind of project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA) is a plus.
- Language skills: English and German proficiency required.
- Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an interdisciplinary team.
- Excellent execution skills, with a positive, reliable, and encouraging approach.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines.
