What you'll do

As a temporary Operations & Office Support, you will work closely with our team lead and specific team members to ensure smooth operations and improve existing processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to support a team who builds the future sustainability solutions for SAP.

  • Manage office and operations of Head of Sustainability Innovation
  • Support with strategy and reporting
  • Preparation, organization, and moderation of team calls and workshops
  • Support for preparing of briefing documents and presentations
  • Participate in own project regarding a sustainability topic or support an ongoing project in the team

Who you are:

You are a student at a university or a university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and proactively
  • Curiosity and enjoyment of working with people who are passionate about their work
  • Interest in digital innovation, sustainability, and operations/strategy
  • Good skills in Microsoft office (especially Outlook and Power Point)
  • Ability to understand, visualize, and optimize/simplify the operational processes of our cross-disciplinary team
  • Fluent German and English
