Project Operations Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our project operations in the SAP Data Space in Berlin.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support with general project structures, including preparing workshops, providing status reports, creating templates, and monitoring task fulfillment.
- Assist with the design, rollout, and implementation of new processes.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key internal stakeholders and customers.
- Develop powerful PowerPoint presentations for top managers to communicate innovation topics.
- Monitor items such as purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
- Manage calendars, emails, and correspondences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Requirements**
- Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Operations Management, Management, Event Management, Project Management, or similar.
- Computer skills: MS Office 365, CRM, VMS.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, project management tools, or project management certification is a plus.
- Language skills: English and German proficiency required.
- Highly flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an interdisciplinary team.
