Contribute to Global Security

We are seeking a highly motivated working student to support our Physical Security Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support administrative activities to enable the Operations team to focus on high-priority tasks
  • Oversee ticketing systems and workflow tools for security tasks
  • Maintain internal communication platforms, such as SharePoint
  • Perform checks for supplier topics, including invoicing, orders, and assessments

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Safety and Security management
  • Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • Advanced planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently, and solution-oriented
  • Ideal previous internship experience
