Überblick

Als Junior Client Manager bei MetaDesign bist Du ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten, die Förderung des Zusammenspiels zwischen Kunden und unserem Team und die Organisation und Koordination von Projektabläufen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Set-Up, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten (intern wie extern)
  • Förderung des Zusammenspiels zwischen Kunden und dem eigenen Team
  • Organisation und Koordination von Projektabläufen
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme von Kundenterminen und Meetings
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle des Ressourceneinsatzes
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Timings
  • Projektsteuerung, Controlling und Abwicklung mit SAP

Qualifikationen

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Agenturwelt oder einer vergleichbaren Branche
  • Studium der Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftskommunikation oder der Betriebswirtschaft
  • Kenntnisse der gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Ressourcenmanagement
  • Sehr gute rhetorische und schriftliche Fähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Fähigkeit zur Begeisterung und Überzeugung in der Kommunikation
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Neuem und Sicherheit im Auftreten
