Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the establishment and enhancement of client relationship management within the marketplace division
  • Manage a portfolio of vendor accounts to support their journey and growth on our platform
  • Ensure that vendor catalogs are current and promote offers through various marketing avenues
  • Monitor essential marketplace performance indicators, derive insights from data analysis, and formulate strategies for enhancement
  • Facilitate communication with external partners throughout all phases of the process
  • Develop educational materials and participate in vendor training sessions
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training with an emphasis on online retail
  • Strong enthusiasm for online retail and some relevant experience
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and generate reports and performance indicators
  • Exceptional communication skills and capability to foster relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in English and German (additional languages are advantageous)
