Your Responsibilities
Are you fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support? As a Junior Customer Service Manager for Spain and Portugal at KoRo, you will embody our brand's values and ensure that our clients receive exceptional assistance. Your role will significantly influence our customers' satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email communication.
- Assist clients by managing replacement orders, processing refunds, and offering general support.
- Oversee and evaluate feedback across multiple platforms.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the logistics team.
Your Profile
- You are prepared to join our team in a part-time capacity.
- Whether you are starting your career or have up to two years of experience, we welcome your application.
- You possess strong skills in both Spanish and Portuguese, along with proficiency in English.
- You have a natural aptitude for customer service and enjoy engaging with people.
