IT Application Support Expert - Healthcare Systems

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced support for medical systems utilized in our healthcare facilities.
  • Provide consultation and assistance to departments and key users within the clinical applications landscape.
  • Oversee the implementation of application-specific and process-oriented requirements and projects within our facilities.
  • Manage and support software solutions in both physical and virtual environments.
  • Collect and analyze detailed business requirements.
  • Devise solutions for distinct business challenges and needs.
  • Coordinate the technical development of the M-KIS and its associated subsystems.
  • Supervise service providers in the execution of solution architectures.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a seasoned M-KIS Key User with medical, nursing, or administrative training in a hospital setting and a keen interest in IT.
  • Strong expertise in M-KIS application and administration of hospital information systems.
  • Familiarity with clinical and administrative workflows in a healthcare environment and the requisite IT infrastructure.
  • At least two years of professional experience in the IT sector of a medical institution.
  • Experience in designing solution architectures is advantageous.
  • Initial experience in managing service providers is a plus.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to work.
  • Proficient in German (both written and spoken).
