Practice Area Senior Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Area Senior Coordinator to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Practice Area Management & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive defined Practice Area processes or smaller projects with minimal guidance, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional PA Leaders, Global Practice Management Director, sector/topic Managers, and Business Services team to ensure seamless execution of Practice Area initiatives.
  • Support the development of the commercial pipeline by conducting budget and PA business reporting, analyzing product offers, and creating engaging presentations.
  • Act as a PMO for PA events, effectively coordinating and managing regional and global meetings to drive business growth.
  • Capture PA intellectual capital by soliciting materials, sanitizing case materials, and uploading to Knowledge Management.
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills, with a strong ability to conceptualize, follow-through, and own accountability.
  • Solid analytical skills, with a structured way of thinking and the ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative team environment.

You will be part of a dynamic and growing team, contributing directly to the success of our business through a range of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.

As a member of our Practice Area Management & Operations team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our practice area management and operations, working closely with our Regional PA Leaders, Global Practice Management Director, and sector/topic Managers to drive business growth and success.
