Territory Manager Job Overview

Purpose:

The primary objective of this position is to support Cook patients while enhancing sales and profitability within the designated territory. This entails executing localized sales and marketing initiatives that align with the objectives of the Specialty. The Territory Manager is expected to possess an in-depth knowledge of the products and their clinical uses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surpass sales objectives by effectively presenting and promoting products to influential decision-makers.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge and deliver technical training to healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee the territory budget and formulate an annual business strategy.
  • Engage in trade shows and professional gatherings as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Identify new product opportunities and provide constructive feedback for enhancements.
  • Adhere to quality standards and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in medical sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at problem-solving.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
