Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Team Leader who will also serve as a Global SAP Key User. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and SAP systems, looking to make a significant impact within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 7 professionals
  • Guide and assist in the implementation of SAP S/4Hana within the customer service domain
  • Enhance SAP Sales modules and operational workflows
  • Collaborate effectively with local SAP Key Users
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department
  • Continuously improve customer service operations
  • Introduce strategies to boost efficiency
  • Provide support to the field sales personnel
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in managing sales teams
  • Proven experience as a Key User
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP applications
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Fluency in both German and English
