Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Team Leader who will also act as a Global SAP Key User. This position is ideal for an individual with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in customer service and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 7 professionals
  • Facilitate the implementation of SAP S/4Hana within the customer service domain
  • Enhance SAP Customer Service modules and workflows
  • Work closely with local SAP Key Users to ensure alignment
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and the IT department
  • Continuously improve customer service operations
  • Initiate strategies to boost operational efficiency
  • Provide support to the field sales personnel
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in customer service management
  • Proven experience as a Key User in SAP
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP applications
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Fluency in both German and English
