Group Leader Customer Service and Global SAP Key User

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Leader to join our Customer Service team at Pfannenberg Group Holding. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 employees and providing guidance, development, and coaching to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to your team to achieve business objectives.
- Sales Process Projects: Lead the design and implementation of sales process projects to drive business growth and improvement.
- SAP S/4Hana Implementation: Collaborate with the SAP project team to ensure a smooth implementation of SAP S/4Hana in the Sales department.
- SAP Sales Module Management: Oversee the management and optimization of SAP Sales modules and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Key User Support: Provide training, support, and guidance to local SAP Key Users to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with the Sales department and IT organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of Customer Service processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
- SAP Experience: Strong experience with SAP systems, including sales and customer service modules.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
