Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Talent Sourcer, der unsere Positionen in der Zentrale und auf unseren Märkten erfolgreich besetzen kann. Als Teil unseres Talent Sourcing-Teams wirst du eigenverantwortlich Sourcing-Projekte durchführen und kreative Suchstrategien entwickeln, um die richtigen Talente zu finden.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Deine Aufgabe ist es, Fach- und Führungskräfte für unsere deutschlandweiten Standorte zu identifizieren und anzusprechen.
  • Du entwickelst kreative Suchstrategien, um die richtigen Talente zu finden und ansprechen.
  • Du führst Interviews durch und gewinnst ausgewählte Kandidaten für unsere Bewerbungsprozesse.
  • Als Experte für Talent Attraction unterstützt du unsere Führungskräfte bei der Suche nach den richtigen Kandidaten.
