About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and active sourcing
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through personalized communication and support
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, social media, and active sourcing
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of initiative and drive to achieve results
