About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Cologne or Berlin. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and selecting candidates to onboarding and integrating new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field of sustainable energy
  • Source and select candidates through active sourcing, social media, and other channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Onboard and integrate new hires into the team
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the field of sustainable energy
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English
