Unsere Herausforderung:

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft, die unsere Talent-Sourcing-Projekte erfolgreich umsetzen kann. Als Talent Sourcer wirst du eigenverantwortlich Sourcing-Projekte für unsere Positionen in der Zentrale sowie auch unseren Märkten und Lägern annehmen und die richtigen Talente identifizieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwickelst kreative Suchstrategien zur Identifikation von Fach- und Führungskräften für unsere deutschlandweiten Standorte.
  • Führst eigenständige zielgruppenspezifische Talentsuche und -ansprache über diverse Social Media-Kanäle durch.
  • Identifizierst Talente, führst Interviews und gewinnst ausgewählte Kandidaten für unsere Bewerbungsprozesse.
  • Bist kompetenter Berater für unsere Führungskräfte rund um das Thema Talent Attraction.
  • Arbeitest eng mit unserem Talent Sourcing Team zusammen, um unsere Talent Attraction-Strategie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.

Was du benötigst:

  • Erfahrung im Recruiting-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Sourcing.
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, z. B. in Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang in der Moderation, Führung und Steuerung von Interviews.
  • Ein hohes Engagement und eine Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
