About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and selecting candidates to onboarding and integrating them into our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our team
  • Source and select candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our team
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
