As a CRM Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within a diverse team. Your primary objective will be to expertly select and deploy a variety of marketing technologies. From Business Intelligence to Sales CRM and Marketing Automation, you will serve as the essential link that seamlessly integrates technology with business functions, while also engaging external partners and prioritizing the needs of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Alongside technical project management, you will spearhead the selection, implementation, and launch of our new marketing technology tools.
- You will maintain project momentum with enthusiasm and commitment.
- Gathering requirements from various business units, you will manage the project backlog while ensuring the marketing team's priorities are always at the forefront.
- You will design and execute the rollout strategy, engage key users, facilitate workshops, and coordinate training sessions.
- During the implementation and customization phases, you will organize testing and oversee the approval of specific functions and work packages.
- Maintain active communication with all key internal and external stakeholders, provide updates on project status, and ensure transparent communication.
- Your daily responsibilities will include creating process documentation, developing training materials, and supporting administrative project tasks.

- A degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, CRM, or Business Informatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, with familiarity in MarTech tools such as CRM, Marketing Automation, or Business Intelligence tools.
- Your approach is analytical and conceptual, with a strong focus on implementation.
- You are a motivational leader with a customer-centric mindset and proactive attitude.
- Experience in analyzing, documenting, and actively influencing business processes within the marketing domain.
- Proficient in agile and collaborative work methodologies, capable of inspiring less experienced team members.
- Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and possess strong English language skills.
